The rfe50xx cmos voltage reference family is useful for applications like medical instrumentation, precision data acquisition as well as test and measurement. This cmos voltage reference family is available with technical specifications like 3ppm/°c [max.] temperature drift; ±10 ma high output current that provides accurate voltage reference to analogue-to-digital converter [adc] without additional op-amp buffer; 0.05 per cent high accuracy; and 7.5 uvpp low output voltage noise for 2.5v output enable peak performance of adc in high-resolution applications.
